Gaston Mini is a cloud of light that refuses to be categorised. Place it on the floor and it becomes a sculptural floor lamp, casting a warm glow upward. Suspend it and it becomes a pendant that floats without geometry. Available in three distinct versions - Luminous, Bioplastic, and RGB - each one a completely different object occupying the same form.

Gaston doesn't care about gravity — it works either way.
The form is pure: twelve spheres fused together, each one pressing against the others, creating a surface of continuous curves and deep shadow lines. Whether sitting on the floor or suspended from the ceiling, the object reads the same — a mass of light contained in an impossible shape.
In the RGB version, the same form becomes a chromatic instrument. A remote control shifts the interior from warm amber to saturated magenta, lime, or electric blue - the body of the lamp becoming a filter for any mood, any space, any moment. In the Bioplastic versions, no light is needed: the texture of the material - flecked with natural fibres - makes the object compelling in full daylight.

The Bioplastic version uses a composite of recycled natural fibres and polyethylene — a material developed specifically for objects that need to be both durable and environmentally conscious. The flecked texture is not a finish: it is the material itself, visible and honest.

Half
Gaston Half takes the same nine-sphere form and cuts it in half - creating a flat back surface and an entirely new set of positions. At 725mm diameter, it works as a sculptural floor piece, a wall-mounted sconce, or a ceiling flush mount. Same genetic material as the Mini. Completely different presence.
