Galactica brings the organic language of the Spidlight to the dining table. Its form — no straight lines, no right angles, every surface a continuous curve — makes sitting feel like a deliberate act. In the Luminous version, the translucent body glows with a warm, diffuse light, transforming the table into a stage. In matte solid finishes, it reads as pure sculpture that happens to seat people.

Galactica doesn't adapt to the table - the table organises itself around it.
Born from the same design obsession as the Spidlight - no flat surfaces, no straight lines - Galactica was scaled and proportioned specifically for the ritual of the table. The seat height, the back angle, the depth of the curve: all calibrated for hours of use, not just for the photograph.
When lit, a table of Galacticas becomes something else entirely - a field of warm light at floor level, each chair a lantern, the whole composition a landscape. In matte solid finishes, the same forms read as a set of related sculptures that happen to hold people. Both versions rated IP44 for terrace and outdoor use.

Spidlight was Douglas Mont's first exploration of the same principle — zero right angles, every surface curved — but at lounge scale, with a deeper seat and a higher back for full body support. Together, Spidlight and Galactica form a coherent language across every space in the home.
